He is a CPM Executive Candidate and has extensive experience in multifamily, commercial, condominium, manufactured housing, and mixed-use properties. His background includes property operations, asset management, acquisitions, development services, leasing, and risk management across a variety of ownership structures and portfolios. His experience also encompasses hazard assessments, safety considerations, life-safety compliance, and evaluation of operational practices in real estate management. Mr. Bennett has served as an expert witness and litigation consultant in matters involving property management, premises liability, and standard-of-care issues. He has provided case analysis, written reports, deposition testimony, and trial testimony in Texas and other jurisdictions, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. His areas of experience include property operations, premises liability evaluations, operational procedures, resident relations, employee and vendor policies, risk assessments, slip-and-fall analysis, access control systems, gates and fencing, security measures, lighting conditions, corporate policy review, lease compliance, background screening practices, supervision, and both on-site and off-site management oversight.
