Nirav B. Patel, MD, MS, JD, FACS, FCLM is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in solo private practice in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area. Dr. Patel is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a Fellow of the American College of Legal Medicine (FCLM), as he is also a New York-licensed attorney (member of the New York Bar) in good standing. Dr. Patel is one of very few plastic surgeons in the United States to have completed fellowships in both aesthetic and breast surgery (Endorsed by The Aesthetic Society) as well as in oculoplastic (eyelid and periorbital) surgery. His areas of practice include all aspects of aesthetic (cosmetic) surgery, aesthetic and reconstructive oculoplastic surgery, Mohs defect reconstruction, implant-based breast reconstruction, facial trauma reconstruction, and wound care. He has co-authored several publications in his field, presents nationally, and currently serves on multiple national and regional society committees. He is a Wellstar Clinical Partner who holds an Adjunct Clinical Faculty teaching appointment for Wellstar Health System's ACGME-accredited General Surgery Residency Program.
