Greg is a multifaceted professional with over 35 years of experience in the development and implementation of safety, industrial hygiene and environmental (SHE) programs. He has experience in a variety of industries and has focused on manufacturing and construction. Greg has worked in public, private, military, academic and highly regulated governmental settings; both in the U.S. and abroad. He currently consults in SHE and provides organizations with services to include gap analyses, regulatory compliance, best practice and corrective action assistance He has been certified in industrial hygiene (Certified Industrial Hygienist [CIH] #5088) since 1990 and in safety (Certified Safety Professional [CSP] #10562) since 1991. He is also certified as an auditor of ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. Speaker at national, regional, state and local conferences, seminars and webinars. Roles have included serving as a commissioned officer (USAF) responsible for SHE programs, and in local, regional and national SHE leadership roles (including VP of EHS). Previously studied construction fatalities under contract to OSHA. Active in volunteer leadership roles with American Society of Safety Professionals, member of ANSI/ASSP Z10 (national) committee on Occupational Health and Management Systems. Formerly served as adjunct instructor in construction safety concepts at local community college. Active mentor to students of occupational safety at Oakland University (SE Michigan).
