He has testified at depositions and trials regarding project cost estimates and underground engineering feasibility, structural response to wind forces and resulting water intrusion, truss repair versus replacement, and other issues. Mr. Platt has structural/civil engineering and project management experience across the fields of transmission line structural design and evaluation and residential, commercial, and industrial building design, evaluation, and retrofit. His experience includes high- and low-voltage power line support structure, tract houses, landscape structures, theaters, pharmacies, restaurants, custom homes, and other structures utilizing wood, masonry, steel, and/or concrete. He has provided fall protection anchorage evaluation and design at industrial structures.
