Dr. Fletcher is board-certified in occupational medicine, preventive medicine and public health. He is a certified Medical Review Office (MRO) and certified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). He has been a Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for the FAA since 1988. Dr. Fletcher has consistently served as a medical expert for both sides of the bar in Illinois Workers’ Compensation cases, as well as in civil cases all around the United States. For Dr. Fletcher, one of the key elements to his credibility is that the majority of his professional time is spent practicing as a full-time occupational medicine specialist. Since 1986, Dr. Fletcher has treated more than 22,000 injured persons and has performed more than 20,000 Department of Transportation medical exams for Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) drivers. Since 2011, Dr. Fletcher has served as one of two physicians on the Illinois Advisory Committee for the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI) and acts as a peer-reviewer for WCRI’s research.
