Ms. Fisher is the owner and Director of Vocational Services at Vocational Concepts LLC. Ms. Fisher has been practicing for 20 + years and holds outstanding credentials. She is a Board-Certified Diplomat through the American Board of Vocational Experts, is a nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Professional Vocational Evaluator, and holds International Psychometric Evaluation Certification. Ms. Fisher is qualified as a Social Security Vocational Expert since 2013 and testifies in this capacity on a monthly basis. Ms. Fisher has worked with individuals having catastrophic injuries, MVA, TBI, Combat Veterans, amputations, Learning Disabilities, and those with psychiatric or psychological diagnoses. Ms. Fisher determines a person's capacity to work and to return to work after such injuries. Ms. Fisher specializes her testimony in Personal Injury, Marital Dissolution, and Social Security Disability. Her testimony covers Earning Capacity, Earning Loss, and Under Employment. Ms. Fisher completes cases for obtaining disability, returning to work, and placement. Reports are detail-oriented and comprehensive. They include Labor Market Analysis, Psychometric testing, Earning Capacity or Loss, along with medical and psychological summary and feasibility for earnings, earning loss, and returning to work. Ms. Fisher has direct knowledge of post-offer employment screenings and Functional Capacity Evaluations using Ergos system as she is certified with this system and has conducted hundreds of FCE's and post-offer employment screenings. Her non-judicial work is completed through the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation where she works as a Director of Vocational Services through DVR state work to include Vocational Evaluations and Worksite Evaluations to determine physical capacities, work endurance, and work behaviors.
