Recognized throughout the U.S. as a subject matter expert regarding workplace harassment, workplace investigations, and best business practices regarding employee management. Quoted as a subject matter expert on these topics in the Wall St. Journal, the Chicago Tribute, the Washington Post, the Atlanta Constitution, the NY Times and interviewed for "All Things Considered" on NPR. Testified before the national Equal Employment Opportunity Commission during their hearings regarding retaliation in the workplace in 2015. In 2018, Invited to meet with members of the U.S. House of Representatives Administrative Committee to discuss U.S. House policies and practices regarding harassment reporting and investigations and provide input. Meeting was held March 15 in Washington, D.C. College adjunct professor for 12 years teaching human resources courses as well as courses to prepare for the SHRM human resources certification exam.
