I am dual board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine and Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism. I hold active licenses in California, Florida, and New York, and maintain a full-time office-based private practice. I am current with national board certification and continuing medical education. I have extensive experience as an expert in Endocrinology, and have worked on numerous legal cases. My expertise includes legal consulting, depositions, trial testimony, 402 expert hearings, jury education, and strategy. Many cases have focused on diabetes, involving issues such as exacerbation from injury, improper medication administration, hypoglycemia, diabetic neuropathy, diabetic retinopathy, unlawful job termination, and criminal defense. Additionally, I have worked on cases related to thyroid cancer, osteoporosis, hypopituitarism, hypothyroidism, adrenal disease, product labeling, and deceptive medical claims. I have collaborated with attorneys nationwide, representing various clients including employees, business owners, landlords, condominium associations and physicians.
