Accident analysis requires a thorough and unbiased analysis of the physical and human factors surrounding an event. Lee T. Ostrom, Ph.D., CSP, CPE has been analyzing accidents, incidents, workplaces, and tasks for over 35 years. Dr. Ostrom is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Professional Ergonomist. He has analyzed accidents for private industry, for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Energy, and the Department of Defense. He has analyzed tasks and workplaces for those same entities, as well as NASA, the FBI, the US Navy, and Universities. He has served as an expert witness. Dr. Ostrom is committed to honesty and integrity. He believes in providing a product of the highest level of quality. He is a full professor, with numerous journal articles and conference proceedings. He has authored/co-authored three books. He also has two fire protection certifications – Certified Fire Inspector, Level 1 and a Certified Fire Plan Examiner. He is also a Certified Technology Manager.
