Dr. Fardad Baroumand, MD, is a distinguished medical-legal evaluator in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He is the designated evaluator for these fields by ExamWorks Inc., the largest national provider of Independent Medical Evaluations. He is also a prominent California State Qualified Medical Evaluator and a member of the Division of Workers Compensation (DWC) Subject Matter Expert Panel and the Report Quality Panel, which oversees and promotes the quality of medical-legal reporting in the State. Workers compensation judges have repeatedly appointed Dr. Baroumand as the medical-legal evaluator in complex cases that other evaluators could not handle.
