I have extensive experience in the development and management of real estate in the private, public and non-profit sectors. I owned my own property management company for 15 years and have a thorough understanding of all aspects of property management, employee supervision and small business ownership activities. I have been a licensed real estate broker since 1983 and I obtained my Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1985. This designation is considered one of the top certifications to hold in the property management industry. I have been deposed and testified in court as an expert witness and have the ability to project as a knowledgeable, even-keeled witness.
