Dr. Shannon Hillier DO, MPH is a SEAK-trained, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified, psychiatry expert and United States Navy veteran (separated as Lieutenant Commander and psychiatrist). She specializes in adult psychiatric and neuropsychiatric disorders to include those specific to military and first responders such as: PTSD, TBI (including blast injuries), Depression, Anxiety, Nightmares, and detection of possible malingering. She is Vice Chair of the Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department at OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Hillier is also Medial Director for OSU’s Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine Outpatient Clinic. Dr. Hillier provides IME, expert witness, and consultation services nationally to plaintiff and defense attorneys.
