Additional Information

I am a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon who has been in practice for more than 24 years. During this time I have practiced in academic as well as community settings. Although originally trained as an orthopedic trauma surgeon my practice now consists caring for severely injured patients with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries but also patients in need of total joint replacements including those of the shoulder, elbow, hip and knee. While an orthopedic trauma surgeon, I treated hundreds of severely injured patients with fractures, published more than 70 peer reviewed journal articles and numerous book chapters. During this time I had the opportunity to speak at local, national and international meetings as well as to teach medical students, orthopedic residents, and trauma fellows. Additionally, during this time, I have had the opportunity to provide expert opinion, testify in numerous depositions, mostly on the behalf of my patients as their treating physician and occasionally give expert opinion for plaintiffs and dependents in a variety of medico-legal cases. I am available to review most orthopedic associated cases and render opinions in an efficient and timely manner.
