Underlying his expertise as an expert witness in personal injury and child support cases, Rogers career has been multifaceted with skills that overlap. He has worked with economic data extensively as a 19-year economist at Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. As an adjunct professor at Clayton State University and Georgia Military College, he teaches microeconomics, macroeconomics, MBA managerial economics, and business statistics. For child support, expertise began as a governor's appointee to the Georgia Commission on Child Support. Rogers has testified extensively before state legislatures and other state commissions on child support. Rogers has testified in 15 states on child support issues. For personal injury, expertise overlaps with understanding case facts and presenting in economic exhibits. Analysis of earnings and other losses is bolstered by experience forecasting at the Atlanta Fed, authoring books on economic data, and by teaching economics and business statistics. Decades of writing economic reports underpin professional and concise case analysis for juries or bench.
