As a Chiropractic Expert Witness, I provide impartial and evidence-based opinions on cases involving cervical spine manipulation, cervical artery dissection, and stroke. I work with both plaintiff and defense attorneys, as well as insurance companies, to assess the standard of care, causation, damages, and liability. With over 27 years of clinical experience in chiropractic and acupuncture, I have a comprehensive understanding of the anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and pathology of the cervical spine and related structures. I also have extensive experience in conference speaking, depositions, and trial testimony. My mission is to educate, inform, and assist the legal community and the public on the benefits and risks of chiropractic care. My expert witness practice emphasizes cases involving cervical spine manipulation, vertebral artery dissection, internal carotid artery dissection, stroke, pneumothorax, disc injury and spinal cord injury.
