Dr. Ronald DeVere is a cognitive neurology specialist and is Director of the Alzheimers Disease & Memory Disorders Center in Lakeway( He is a Board Certified Neurologist, Fellow of the American Academy of Neurology, chair of the Board of Directors of the Austin Texas Chapter on Alzheimer’s Disease, a member of the Texas Council on Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders and has been in private practice for 40 years. He is past chair of the state planning section that has established the state guidelines for: “Best Practices for the Diagnosis, Pharmacologic and Non pharmacologic Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease”. He has written a book entitled: "Memory Loss: Everything You Want to Know But Forget to Ask". It mentions many facts and provides information that will help reduce fear and worry about Alzheimer's disease and memory loss.
