Dr. Norris is a multiply board certified cardiologist and cardiac electrophysiologist who trained under Douglas P. Zipes, MD, at Indiana University School of Medicine. He has practiced cardiac electrophysiology for more than 20 years in Clearwater, FL and has specialized in the treatment of atrial fibrillation and stroke prevention. Dr. Norris has lectured extensively in Florida and as far away as Macedonia on the utilization of catheter ablation, device therapy and newer medications for the management of atrial fibrillation. Dr. Norris is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and the Heart Rhythm Society and spends most of his time in clinical practice as the head of Pinellas Arrhythmia Associates, PA.
