Dr. Devine is a board certified in Family Medicine Physician. Dr. Devine is an Adjunct Clinical Professor of Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM). He is practicing part-time as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) at Unity hospital in Rochester, New York. In addition to treating patients he serves as a Regional Dean for LECOM. He collaborates with Nurse Practitioners , Physician Assistants, Medical Residents, medical, PA and NP Residents. He also supervises osteopathic and allopathic residents and medical students. He has served as a Medical Director at a large urban outpatient clinic. He has practiced in Urgent Care as well as in the Hospital setting. He earned an DO from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Rochester, New York.
