Amanda is a Certified Vocational Evaluator through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification and a Fellow of the American Board of Vocational Experts. She holds an International Psychometric Evaluator Certification and is a Disability Analyst and Diplomate certified through the American Board of Disability Analysts. Amanda graduated from Cabrini College with a bachelor's degree in psychology and philosophy. She obtained her master's degree in psychology from Villanova University. After joining CEC Associates (now ProMedica Verity Group) in 2010 as a Clinical Assistant, Amanda became the Clinical Assistant Supervisor in 2014. By 2017, she began her tenure as a Vocational Evaluator.

Dr. Allison Shipp has worked with individuals with disabilities for over 25 years. She has a doctorate degree from Auburn University (2008) in Rehabilitation Counseling and Special Education as well as an MBA (2005). She’s is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). Dr. Shipp has extensive experience as a vocational evaluator and assistive technology evaluator. She has conducted thousands of assessments, written reports, and provided expert opinions as a service provider, consultant, critical analyst, and forensic expert.
