I serve as the director of orthopedic trauma and have performed over 600 cases per year for 15+ years. I manage acute injuries to the upper and lower extremities surgically and non operatively and deal with the long term sequelae of these injuries including infection, nonunion, and nerve injury. As part of my role, I educate and train medical and physician assistant students. I also oversee quality control of the orthopedic trauma program and attend and participate in monthly quality meetings and M&M reviews.
