As a professional meteorologist with 40 years of experience, I conduct weather investigations, write expert meteorological reports and give expert testimony in Federal and Superior Courts. My reports go beyond a recital of the weather observations. I review the weather data, analyze critical details and apply my expert knowledge of meteorology specifically to the incident location. I help you understand the weather data so you can effectively develop your case for your client. Through my teaching, television and private sector experience, I know how to communicate clearly and concisely to the jury.

With a career spanning research, teaching, and military service, Connor specializes in communicating technical weather information to all audiences. Starting from his childhood in Upstate New York, Connor developed a fascination for weather across all four seasons. These interests led him to study meteorology at SUNY Oneonta, where he served as president of the local American Meteorological Society (AMS) chapter. He then earned an M.S. and Ph.D. from Penn State, where he studied land-atmosphere interactions and precipitation patterns across the Central and Eastern United States. His research has been published in the Journal of Applied Meteorology and Climatology. Lyndsay Williamson is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM) and Certified Broadcast Meteorologist (CBM) based in the Charlotte, NC area. After graduating from Penn State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Meteorology (2010), she has called the Carolinas home for over ten years. Forecasting and covering the wide variety of weather that the mid-Atlantic region offers, her experience as a broadcast meteorologist has also made her an expert communicator. Lyndsay is able to confidently deliver the key messages of complex weather data in a concise and relatable way, and these media skills have seamlessly transitioned for our STM Weather clients in the reconstruction of weather events.
