I have testified in numerous depositions and trials and am quite experienced in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation. I am quite familiar with the preparation of Affidavits, Declarations, etc. in such matters. I graduated 1st in my class in both pre-med and medical school and subsequently "built" and directed a state-of-the-art Level III NICU. Routinely care for patients on multiple modes of ventilation, and/or with tracheostomies, chest tubes, gastric tubes, and central lines. Post-anesthesia care (PACU). Discharge planning and education. NRP and PALS certification.
