I have been in the clinical practice of Neonatology for 38 years. I have been Medical Director of Neonatology in a large community Level IIIB NICU for 35 years. I have reviewed 600-700 malpractice cases for both plaintiff and defense attorneys over the past 35 years. I am Board Certified in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal medicine. I have testified in numerous depositions and trials and am quite experienced in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation. I am quite familiar with the preparation of Affidavits, Declarations, etc. in such matters. I graduated 1st in my class in both pre-med and medical school and subsequently "built" and directed a state-of-the-art Level III NICU.
