Dr. Tiffany Richter is a Hospice and Palliative Medicine & Family Medicine board certified physician with more than 17 years of experience in hospice and palliative care. Throughout her career, she has served in clinical, administrative, and executive leadership roles, including Hospice Medical Director and Chief Medical Officer, overseeing the delivery of care to thousands of patients across multiple states and diverse healthcare settings. Dr. Richter possesses extensive expertise in Medicare hospice eligibility, prognostication, hospice documentation, regulatory compliance, quality improvement and physician oversight.
