Christopher Kluse is an Associate Professor of Quality Systems & Engineering Technology and the Assistant Director for the School of Engineering at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. Prior to his full time appointment in Academia in 2015, Kluse was a lecturer of Quality Management at Eastern Michigan University, adjunct instructor at SNU where Kluse taught graduate courses in Quantitative Studies and Operations Management. Furthermore, Kluse and was employed, full time for 25 years, in the automotive industry holding various quality management related positions.
