I have extensive experience with urgent and emergent care of children, including accidental trauma vs. abusive injury, including cases of bruising, unexplained fractures or head injuries, sepsis, metabolic disorders and other rare conditions which may be misdiagnosed as child abuse by parents, schools, and state agencies.
