Dr. Sima Patel MD, FAES, FANA is double board-certified physician in Neurology and Epilepsy (ABPN) and serves as Associate Professor of Neurology at the University of Minnesota. She is nationally recognized for her expertise in seizure cases involving traumatic brain injury, pregnancy, and complex neurologic conditions. Currently, she serves as Medical Director of Epilepsy and Video EEG at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Minneapolis.
Dr. Patel earned her medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, completed her neurology residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and pursued an Epilepsy Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation—one of the nation’s leading institutions in epilepsy care.
