I graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons as a member of AOA in 1990. I received my Board Certification in Neurosurgery in 2003, which was then renewed in 2013 and is current. I obtained my MBA (Honors) from University of Washington in 2016, while working as a full time neurosurgeon.
