Steven Raichilson' s interest in senior living began when he worked as a male nursing assistant in a nursing facility in his native home of Buffalo ,New York, while in undergraduate school. This experience sparked an interest in nursing home and senior living management, and he attended graduate school at George Washington University, where Steven earned a Masters Degree in Health Care Administration, with a major in Long Term Care Management. He graduated first in his class. Upon graduation, Steven was hired as Chief Executive Officer of Greenwood House, a skilled nursing facility in Trenton, New Jersey, for a tenure of eleven years.
