Dustin has more than 17 years of experience in the field of nursing, including bedside nursing in the Intensive Care Unit, Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Emergency Department, Trauma Activation & Resuscitation, Highly Infectious Disease Training, and Perioperative Services. His experience includes leadership roles as he has served as relief charge nurse for the departments mentioned and was an Advanced Clinician in the Emergency Department for Sharp Healthcare, providing mentorship, preceptorship and training to both newly hired staff and current staff to specialty roles.
