The civil cases I work on usually involve personal injury and liability, such as: electrocution, mining accident, hearing loss (electronics malfunction), and medical malpractice. Additionally, I've worked on civil cases involving protection orders, license and contract disputes, insurance claims, and even an alleged distracted (texting) driver.
The criminal cases I consult on also cover a broad range of cases. These cases involved things like: sex trafficking, murder appeal, home invasion, and securities fraud. These cases usually involve cellular, GPS, Internet, or computer evidence.
