Christopher is an accident reconstructionist who holds ACTAR accreditation, an Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) designation, and certification as an Associate Ergonomics Professional  (AEP) through the Board of Certification in Professional Ergonomics (BCPE). He brings both law enforcement experience and private consulting expertise to the analysis and reconstruction of traffic collisions and related events. His firm, Rule 62 Consulting LLC, provides technical analysis, site documentation, and human factors evaluation for criminal, civil, and administrative matters. Christopher's background includes service with a state police accident reconstruction unit followed by several years in private practice. He combines investigative field experience with data‑driven modeling techniques to address questions of speed, timing, visibility, and driver perception objectively and reproducibly.
