I am a board certified Internal Medicine physician who currently works as a Hospitalist in Atlanta, GA. A Hospitalist is a physician who works in the inpatient setting of a hospital. Therefore, when sick patients visit the ER and its determined that they need to stay hospitalized, I get the call to take care of them (in the medical floors or ICU). Due to my full time schedule being "5 ON, 5 OFF" (five days of inpatient work followed by five days OFF of work), this allows me time to take on medical expert cases. Previous to my time in Atlanta, I have worked full time in New York City and New Jersey. In addition, I have taken on Locums assignments in several other states and cities. In previous summers, I have participated in medical missionary trips over seas - such as Jamaica and Nigeria. When I'm home from saving the world (LOL), I spend time with my wonderful family.
