Dr. Martin Moore-Ede is an internationally recognized authority on sleep, fatigue, circadian rhythms, human performance, occupational safety, and fatigue risk management. He is the Founder and Chairman of Circadian® and Circadian Expert Services and has spent more than four decades helping organizations understand and mitigate the effects of sleep loss, fatigue, and circadian disruption on safety, health, and operational performance.
A physician and physiologist, Dr. Moore-Ede earned his medical degree from the University of London and his Ph.D. in Physiology from Harvard University, where he later served on the faculty of Harvard Medical School as Associate Professor of Physiology. He is widely recognized for pioneering research into the biological clock and the impact of fatigue and sleep disruption on human behavior, cognition, decision-making, and safety.

Morrison Professor of Biology at Northwestern University and Founder and Director of Northwestern University's Center for Sleep and Circadian Biology, one of the world's leading research centers in the field.
