My name is Dr. David A. Picca, and I am a board-certified Radiologist offering expert witness services throughout Florida and beyond. Based in the Tampa Bay area, I bring over 27 years of experience in both clinical practice and medical education. I am a graduate of Emory University School of Medicine, where I began my medical career in Internal Medicine, completing a full residency and earning board certification. I subsequently pursued a residency in Diagnostic Radiology and additional fellowship training in MRI, with focused expertise in neuroradiology, abdominal imaging, and musculoskeletal imaging. The majority of my radiology career was spent at Tampa General Hospital, a Level I trauma center, where I served as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of South Florida.
