Tom has more than 45 years of experience in the field of meteorology with more than 30 years in positions of management. In 1987, he was named President of the Operational Forecast Division. In 1991, he was named Executive Vice President of the Company and in 2001 he became the President and CEO. As a professional meteorologist with over 33 years’ experience, I conduct weather investigations, write expert meteorological reports and give expert testimony in Federal and Superior Courts. My reports go beyond a recital of the weather observations. I review the weather data, analyze critical details and apply my expert knowledge of meteorology specifically to the incident location. I help you understand the weather data so you can effectively develop your case for your client. David Sullivan is a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (awarded by the American Meteorological Society in 1980) with 47 years of professional experience. His focus is on toxic air pollution including air quality modeling and air quality and meteorological monitoring. He has managed many major air quality studies for the U.S. EPA, including urban-scale studies in multiple urban centers in the U.S. and Eastern Europe, including the study that was conducted by the EPA in West Virginia in response to concerns based on the tragedy in Bhopal, India. Mr. Sullivan directed the U.S. air quality analysis in the first phase of the US Trade & Development Agency’s / US State Department’s “Breathe Easy Jakarta” project.
