I was on the Board of Directors of The Southeast Permanente Medical Group for 28 years, and served as Chair for 15 months. Since 2010 I have served as the Assistant to the Medical Director for Primary Care Recruitment, and as such I have interviewed and hired hundreds of primary care physicians.
