Marc J. Levine, MD graduated from Lehigh University with Phi Beta Kappa honors. He then received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College and went on to complete a surgical internship at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Levine returned to Thomas Jefferson University for his orthopaedic surgical residency and continued on to do a fellowship in spinal surgery at the prestigious Emory University Spine Center in Atlanta, GA. Dr. Levine is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and active with the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Levine is a full time practicing spinal surgeon whose practice for over 22 years has soley focused on spinal surgery. Dr. Vicente Martinez is a intraoperative neurophysiologist with over a decade of clinical and academic experience in intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM), including more than 6,000 brain, spine, and peripheral nerve procedures. He holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Michigan and completed a clinical fellowship in IONM at the University of Washington, where he currently serves as Associate Professor/Neurophysiologist in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Martinez’s expertise includes real-time interpretation of somatosensory evoked potentials (SSEP), motor evoked potentials (MEP), electromyography (EMG), and brainstem auditory evoked potentials (BAEPs) during neurosurgical and orthopedic procedures.
