Dr. Stone is the Past Medical/Fellowship Director for the Hyperbaric Medicine Program at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas. Dr. Stone is fellowship trained and a certified wound specialist since 1992. As a fellowship director he taught medical students, nurses, residents, physicians and other health care providers for many years. Dr. Stone continues to teach and publish in peer reviewed journals. He received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and his Masters in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health. He completed a residency in aerospace medicine and a fellowship in hyperbaric medicine/ wound care at the U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine. Dr. Stone developed the Army's hyperbaric medicine program. He is certified in hyperbaric medicine and board certified in Aerospace Medicine.
