Dustin Daniel Flannery, DO, MSCE, is a board-certified neonatologist with more than a decade of clinical experience in neonatal-perinatal medicine and pediatrics. He practices in both Level III and Level IV academic neonatal intensive care units (NICUs), where he manages critically ill premature and term infants, attends high-risk deliveries, provides perinatal consultations, and cares for newborns in the well nursery setting. His clinical practice spans routine newborn care as well as intensive care management of critically ill preterm and term infants, including resuscitation, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, extreme prematurity, respiratory failure, and other complex neonatal conditions.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Flannery is an established physician-scientist and clinical epidemiologist with extensive experience in neonatal infectious diseases, neonatal outcomes research, and pharmacoepidemiology.
