Dr. Devine is a board certified in Family Medicine Physician. He is the Medical Director at a large urban outpatient clinic. Dr. Devine is an Associate Professor in the department of Family Medicine at the University of Rochester and he is practicing full-time as a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
