Dr. Kaura is a diagnostic radiologist who is board certified by the American Board of Radiology who completed a musculoskeletal radiology fellowship from the University of Arizona Medical Center. He is an expert in general radiology, musculoskeletal radiology, and emergency radiology along with all other radiology disciplines. He is well-regarded and experienced in all imaging modalities, with expertise in cross sectional and plain film imaging. He has more than 10 years of experience in active clinical practice, including being Division Head of Musculoskeletal Radiology. Dr. Kaura previously held academic appointments at the University of Arizona Medical Center and the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV. Dr. Kaura is a personable, intellectual, knowledgeable, thoughtful, articulate, concise and influential public speaker. He prides himself on being very communicative and responsive with same day (<24 hour) turnaround times on radiology consultations.

Dr. Dym serves as Radiology Director at a dynamic private practice in Southern California. He is board certified in radiology by the American Board of Radiology and completed a fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging. Dr. Dym has a very clear, concise method of communication imaging findings of potentially complex cases in a manner that is easy to understand. Dr. Dym has experience in expert witness case reviews, and has appeared at depositions and in court. Dr. Dym has presented at many lectures and conferences and is comfortable with public speaking. He is also a volunteer faculty member at The University of California, Irvine where he presents cases to radiology residents. In his free time, he enjoys camping, volleyball, biking, jogging and enjoys spending time with his family.

But for every case like that there are probably 100 cases that simply require a quick, yet still expert, opinion on the merits of a particular medical event or scenario that might lead to filing a claim or, equally important, not filing! With over 30 years experience in all aspects of diagnostic imaging including neuroradiology, musculoskeletal and cross sectional body imaging, I am currently looking to leverage that experience, and excellent communication skills, to transition into a non-clinical career. Radiology is too large of a field to be an expert in its entirety. 100% of my clinical practice is dedicated to ER imaging of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. This has allowed me to become a true expert, rather than a jack of all trades. Board-certified in Radiology, I also have fellowship training in both Body Imaging and Emergency Radiology. My particular interest is “incidentalomas” or incidental findings found while imaging for another purpose, such as lung nodules and colon masses. Examples of cases I work on include missed pulmonary embolism, lung cancer, appendicitis, cholecystitis, diverticulitis, abdominal malignancy such as colon cancer that was missed, bowel obstructions... more or less, anything in the chest, abdomen, or pelvis is well within my "sandbox".
