...I have been retained as an expert witness (both plaintiff and defense) and have provided consultation on several occupational and environmental exposure claims where I have evaluated exposures, reconstructed and quantified dose following exposure assessment, and evaluated the toxicological and epidemiological literature to establish a general understanding of cause-where applicable. Experience performing product safety assessments on consumer products and authoring safety dossiers, including antimicrobial pesticide registration dossiers, Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) determinations for food ingredients following U.S. FDA regulations for scientific procedures, and submitted a health claim petition to the FDA that was successfully accepted by the agency. Active in the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) and American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienists (ACGIH).
