I provide informal, non-testifying documentation review in cases involving opioid use disorder, buprenorphine/Suboxone treatment, methadone, urine drug screening, diversion risk, and compliance with OTP and MAT standards of care.
I serve as Medical Director of multiple opioid treatment programs in Washington and Oregon. My experience includes peer review, protocol development, and clinical compliance evaluation. I also advise on documentation workflows and UDS interpretation for patients with complex SUD and co-occurring conditions.
