Dr. Hart is a Seattle native, and after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Washington in 1983 he attended Georgetown University School of dentistry, graduating Cum Laude in 1987. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency at Harbour UCLA Medical Center in 1993. Dr. Hart has been in practice for over 34 years, spending 26 of those years in private practice in the greater Seattle area, practicing the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery. In addition, he has been an Affiliate professor at both Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He continues to practice part time and participates in volunteer missions around the world with the Global Dental Relief Foundation.
