I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with over four years of clinical experience providing anesthesia care in high-acuity inpatient hospitals and high-volume outpatient surgery centers. My practice includes extensive experience in anesthesia for gastrointestinal endoscopy, including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy (EGD), with participation in more than 1,000 endoscopic procedures. I obtained my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Nurse Anesthesia from the University of Cincinnati, where I completed advanced training in anesthesia pharmacology, physiology, and evidence-based perioperative care. My clinical background includes the delivery of monitored anesthesia care (MAC) and deep sedation using propofol, management of airway and respiratory events in non-operating room anesthesia (NORA) environments, and physiologic monitoring in fast-paced procedural settings with rapid patient turnover.
