Anastasia Germain, Ed.D. is a childcare and early childhood education expert with thirty years of experience in both the public and private sectors. As the founder and former operator of a licensed childcare center, she has extensive knowledge of childcare operations including, but not limited to, licensing and regulations, supervision and staffing, health and safety compliance, policies and procedures, program development and enrollment management. She has held positions as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, curriculum supervisor, adjunct/assistant professor, educational consultant and director. Dr. Germain has a Doctorate in Education, Reading, Writing, and Literacy from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master's Degree in Reading Education from Rowan University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Psychology from Rowan University. She is certified as a supervisor, reading specialist, and elementary teacher.
