I am originally from Slovakia. I completed my associate degree in nursing here and worked as a RN in the cardiovascular intensive care unit for 18 years. I hold a bachelor's degree in nursing and a master's degrees in nursing; most recent - Family NP (graduated in 2019). I obtained all my education and certifications in the USA. I have over twenty years of healthcare experience, eighteen of which were in leadership roles (interim manager, supervisor) combined with cardiovascular ICU nursing experience and PACU. I have been part of hospital teams working on prevention of hospital associated infections (medical devices, catheters, foleys, and skin issues).
