I received my medical degree from my hometown at the University of Kansas, completed my Anesthesia residency at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, and an Executive Physician MBA from The Heller School at Brandeis University. I am a Fellow of the Association of Anesthesia Clinical Directors (FAACD) as well as a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiology(FASA). My clinical passion is Neuroanesthesia but the breadth of my clinical expertise includes multi-specialty anesthesia care as I am engaged in full-call duties with cases involving trauma, neurosurgery, orthopedics, vascular, thoracic, urology, gynecology, ENT, and all of the non-OR anesthesia site cases (NORA).
