Dr. Hossein Mosavi, PhD, PE, is a licensed forensic structural engineer and corrosion specialist with 12 years of experience in structural failure analysis, concrete diagnostics, building envelope investigation, and construction defect litigation support. He holds a PhD from the University of Florida and operates out of Kimley-Horn's Coral Gables, Florida office, serving clients across the United States and internationally.
Dr. Mosavi has conducted forensic investigations on high-rise residential and commercial structures across the continental United States, as well as international projects in South America and Caribbean. His experience spans luxury condominium towers, mixed-use developments, waterfront structures, and infrastructure assets in coastal and tropical environments — settings where accelerated corrosion, humidity-driven deterioration, and complex envelope failures are especially prevalent.
