Adrienne Isom Malin has dedicated her entire professional career to protecting society’s most innocent by investigating offenders who harm children. The first half of her career at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was spent in Los Angeles where she investigated child sexual abuse –including the production, trading and possession of child sexual abuse material—child sex tourism, and sex trafficking of juveniles as part of a multi-agency task force. Ms. Isom Malin then spent over 10 years as a subject matter expert and behavioral analyst (colloquially known as a criminal profiler) at the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU) assisting law enforcement agencies from around the world in cases involving violent crimes against children.
